This was close fought match with both teams showing their skills at running rugby, Braintree tackled well throughout and maintained the pressure on their opponents. As with the previous game, both teams played well from the outset. The common theme was the straight running and support by Braintree, both teams tagged well and put constant pressure upon any errors in passing. Having played two games already Barking played Braintree Whites again. Both teams played well and again played hard, every opportunity to take possession from the opposition was made by Braintree, Michael Locke twice nearly intercepted play. Both teams showed the effect of good passing and support play. A very good match to watch, with special mention to Ben Weager who ran nearly the full length of the pitch to score a try.
