On a lovely sunny morning, Braintree played their neighbours Witham in the first game of the season. Unfortunately Witham only had 6 players so we had to loan them a couple of ours.

The hosts ran in 9 tries in the first half with only one reply and then a further 10 unanswered tries in the second half to win the game 19-1.

Well done to all the players for a solid start to the season and look forward to welcoming Eton Manor next week.
