An early start and a smooth journey took the Under 10's to Leicester Tigers Welford Road ground to meet for the second round of the Super 16's in the Prima Tiger Cup 2013, being played in advance of the Tiger's Heineken Cup match against Montpellier.

The Bulls qualified out of 70 teams that entered the 5 qualifying stages played at regional festivals in Norfolk, Suffolk, Staffordshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire in November, to play in the final 16.

The boys played their first match against the fierce and unbeaten side Nuneaton, scoring 2 dynamite tries to leave Nuneaton behind 2-1 in a contest leaving the Bulls fired up winners. There was barely time for a glug of water before they had to play their quarter final match against a solid side, the Nottingham Corsairs. The Bulls worked hard and with encouragement from the stands and a tough battle they scored 2 tries, but ran out of time and were beaten 3-2. Well done to all the under 10's for excellent play and support.

A fantastic day and great experience was had by all, topped off by watching world class Leicester Tigers win an incredibly physical match against Montpellier with a final score line of 41-32.
